L&#8217;Initiative des jeunes leaders des ISC vise \u00e0 aider les jeunes leaders des ISC \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie de changement afin d&#8217;apporter des changements r\u00e9els et positifs au sein des ISC.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du XXVe INCOSAI \u00e0 Charm el-Cheikh, en \u00c9gypte, Mme Archana Shirsat, Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe de l&#8217;IDI, et deux des membres du jury des Prix des Jeunes leaders des ISC, Mme Silke Steiner du Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;INTOSAI et M. Leurs projets dans le cadre du Programme des Jeunes leaders des ISC ont non seulement favoris\u00e9 l&#8217;innovation et le changement strat\u00e9gique au sein de leurs bureaux d&#8217;audit, mais ils ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 une source d&#8217;inspiration et un moteur pour leurs ISC, en leur apportant une \u00e9nergie positive et motivante et en influen\u00e7ant le changement au sein de leurs ISC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;IDI a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre et \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer l&#8217;excellence. Si chacun des jeunes leaders des ISC dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de la promotion 2022-2023 a apport\u00e9 une contribution substantielle \u00e0 son ISC, deux strat\u00e9gies de changement ont remport\u00e9 les Prix SYL \u00ab Transformative \u00bb et \u00ab Innovative \u00bb.\u202fDavid Kamanza, de l&#8217;ISC du Kenya, a remport\u00e9 le prix SYL pour le changement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie d&#8217;une strat\u00e9gie de changement intitul\u00e9e \u00ab Mentoring a Data Champion \u00bb (Mentorat d&#8217;un champion des donn\u00e9es). Le prix SYL pour l&#8217;innovation a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 Mohamed Ibrahim Jaleel, de l&#8217;ISC des Maldives, pour sa r\u00e9flexion novatrice sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab Enhancing Environmental Auditing of SAI Maldives \u00bb (Am\u00e9liorer la v\u00e9rification environnementale de l&#8217;ISC des Maldives).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces projets illustrent le d\u00e9vouement, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et l&#8217;impact des SYL dans la promotion d&#8217;un changement positif au sein de leurs institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de Mohamed Ibrahim Jaleel visait \u00e0 renforcer la capacit\u00e9 de son ISC \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des v\u00e9rifications environnementales. Pour ce faire, il a lanc\u00e9 une initiative de d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;une dur\u00e9e d&#8217;un an qui allait transformer son \u00e9quipe de quatre personnes en \u00ab auditeurs environnementaux chevronn\u00e9s \u00bb. M. Jaleel a fait preuve d&#8217;une \u00ab r\u00e9flexion originale \u00bb en identifiant un large \u00e9ventail de comp\u00e9tences requises et en recherchant des solutions adapt\u00e9es pour d\u00e9velopper ces comp\u00e9tences dans le cadre de contraintes budg\u00e9taires. Cette initiative consistait en la participation du personnel \u00e0 une formation structur\u00e9e couvrant l&#8217;analyse de donn\u00e9es, les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;information g\u00e9ographique et les premiers secours. Source : Journal de l&#8217;INTOSAI<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de David Kamanza visait \u00e0 renforcer la capacit\u00e9 de l&#8217;ISC du Kenya \u00e0 mener des audits fond\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la num\u00e9risation rapide des syst\u00e8mes et services gouvernementaux. Il y est parvenu en lan\u00e7ant l&#8217;initiative \u00ab Mentor a Data Champion \u00bb (Mentorat d\u2019un champion des donn\u00e9es), qui vise \u00e0 former un groupe d&#8217;auditeurs dot\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences pratiques en analyse de donn\u00e9es dans les domaines de l&#8217;audit financier, de la conformit\u00e9 et de la performance. Cette initiative visait \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance excessive \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard d&#8217;un petit service de science des donn\u00e9es, \u00e0 renforcer l&#8217;alignement entre l&#8217;analyse des donn\u00e9es et les objectifs d&#8217;audit, et \u00e0 accro\u00eetre l&#8217;utilisation efficace des outils d&#8217;analyse des donn\u00e9es.
