INTOSAI’s first-ever Strategic Plan 2005-2010 was unanimously adopted at the 2004 INTOSAI Congress in Budapest. The Strategic Plan provides a framework for progress in professional standards, capacity building, knowledge sharing, and organizational effectiveness.
