ELMER B. STAATS AWARD
The Elmer B. Staats Award is presented at the INTOSAI Congress for the best article published in Journal during the three calendar years prior to that Congress. Established by the INTOSAI Governing Board in 1982, the Award has been presented at the Manila, Sydney, Berlin, Washington, Cairo, Montevideo, Seoul, Hungary, and Mexico Congresses.
As the 2010 South Africa Congress approaches, it is time to consider those articles published in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Click on the following links to see the eligible Journal articles*:
